You are also responsible for losses caused by negligence, misoperation, or giving others access to operate your CloudProxy account.

CloudProxy may publish notices about maintenance, upgrades, or service changes from time to time. You are responsible for losses caused by ignoring service notices or forcing operations during maintenance windows.

You must ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. CloudProxy provides standard services based on your instructions and is not responsible for the legal compliance of your downstream use.

Article 3. Lawful Use

This agreement is formulated in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. Users agree to strictly abide by the following obligations:
